1. How can I order and buy one or more DVDs?

It’s easy: you just need to click on the Buy Now button that you find on each product page and you will be addressed to PayPal secure system.


2. What type of payments do you accept?

We only accept PayPal payments and credit card payments through PayPal platform.
Our website does not request or retain any credit card information. All payments are made through PayPal secure payment system. Once your order is placed and you completed the checkout process you will automatically be redirected to PayPal secure website (SSL encryption) where payment can easily be made by entering your PayPal user name and password or simply your credit card details.

Upon conclusion of payment you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.


3. DVDs prices

All prices shown on our website are including Italian 22% VAT tax (for private EU customers only) while shipping costs will be displayed prior to payment.
If the delivery is sent to a country outside of the EU, or to an EU company, you do not need to pay taxes; it is automatically removed from the invoice.


4. Shipping times and costs

We will aim to process all orders within 1 (one) working day from receipt of payment.
All items are delivered through POSTE ITALIANE Ordinary Mail service at these costs:
1 item Eur 5,00
2 items Eur 8,50
3 items Eur 10,00
4 items Eur 12,00
5 items Eur 15,00

Shipping costs are indicated prior to payment and are calculated depending on the total weight of items ordered and on the address of delivery. The order value does not matter.
Once payment is done your order is intended confirmed.
When the order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Ordinary Mail doesn’t offer online tracking, thus we can’t be responsible for lost packages.
In case you would prefer a tracked shipment please conclude the purchase process and ask for the upgrade (shipment costs will double), we will send a PayPal request of payment for the difference.


5. I received a defective item. What should I do now?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty please inform us immediately by email (info@multigram.com). Then you can return it to us. Wherever possible please include the original packaging materials. We will send a replacement item to you free of charge, and refund your postage costs.


6. Withdrawal right

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition (unopened with any shrink-wrap intact) within 10 days of the date you received the item, and we will refund you the items cost.
In this case shipment costs won’t be returned.
